Booking, changes & refunds

Start with the route that matches your trip question.

For changes to a EVA Air itinerary, first identify the ticket issuer. Changing a trip, cancelling it and requesting a refund are separate actions with conditions set by the provider.

  1. Find your reservation reference and original seller.
  2. Check the stated change, credit and refund options before accepting a result.

Use the original ticket issuer and the official servicing guidance. A general phone contact does not establish refund eligibility.

The airline or ticket seller determines availability, charges and refund eligibility. Skylena cannot make, change or cancel a booking.
