Booking, changes & refunds
Start with the route that matches your trip question.
For changes to a United Airlines itinerary, first identify the ticket issuer. Changing a trip, cancelling it and requesting a refund are separate actions with conditions set by the provider.
- Find your reservation reference and original seller.
- Check the stated change, credit and refund options before accepting a result.
Use the original ticket issuer and the official servicing guidance. A general phone contact does not establish refund eligibility.
